Hi Guys. I have access to a great new high site that will cover most of the city bowl.

A WISP already has some kit there.I don't want to cause interference with their system.
Therefore I must find out which frequencies they are using. Does anyone in the WUG have a spectrum analiser.

I know how to use the Netstumbler application on my laptop, but unfortunately it cant connect to a router board. It only talks to the internal wireless card. Can I remove the 2.4 card and put in a 5.8 card. ? Any one ever done this in a laptop. Any help will be appreciated.

I did a scan at this site. I have never picked up so many signal. Was really amazing

We could use a testkit, winbox does have a frequency usage tool.
