CTWUG members:
Uniterm Direct Cape will offer all CTWUG members dealership pricing for equipment used to connect to CTWUG.
Uniterm will supply the latest price lists to Mufasa, Savagedavid, and Wiki. Any questions shall be fielded by them as well. General queries will be answered on the forum?s regarding the equipment.
This is a courtesy that we are extending to the CTWUG members, in efforts to help free wireless communities. We will not tolerate abuse of the service. If you want to order for purposes of resale, register an account with us as any other company is required to. Questions regarding the equipment and pricing should first be posted on the forum or put forward to the CTWUG administrators, and if they are unable to help, forwarded to us. Please ensure that you follow the Subject format as stated below in all your e-mail correspondence or you will be treated as a retail customer which will not entail you to the CTWUG pricing.
Procedure for ordering of stock.
Send an e-mail with an order to sales@unitermdirect.co.za, quoting your CTWUG forum username as an order number. Your subject must conform to the following format:
CTWUG < username > , eg: Subject: CTWUG DaLemon
Any queries which you would like us to answer can be sent to support@unitermdirect.co.za, please note that the same format has to be adhered to in the subject.
This is strictly C.O.D. We accept cash and direct deposits. If you deposit into our account, we will require that the moneys reflect in our account before we can release the stock. We bank with Nedbank, so if you are with any other bank be aware of the 48hour period that it takes for funds to clear. Please do not make any payments unless you have received a proforma invoice confirming the pricing and stock availability.
