Howzit guys, I know CTWUG is a big hobby (Well for some of us), I was just wondering, what other hobbies do you do? We know that Herman likes to build his race car and drive it stukkend on weekends, but what about the rest of us?
The reason I ask is, maybe we can find a kindred spirit amongst us, and further our hobbies like that.
/me waits for the replies in anticipation.
I read the ctwug forums, write on the ctwug forums, and read the ctwug wiki, write to the ctwug wiki.
Oh, and I love to wind stalk* people...
*Checking their LOS, see if they could become a high site, etc... No actual stalking :D

"t**te" is nie 'n ding nie, dis 'n obsessie.
Wel, ek het golf gespeel, maar dit was so een keer n maand, maar nou is daar minner tyd daarvoor ook.
Ek gaan maar deur sulke phases.
Op die huidige oomblik is ek besig om n quad bike te chop en uituindelik n sandmaster go-cart te bou. Hoop om teen December klaar te wees.
Hmm... dit hang baie af van tyd en geleenthede wat mens kry. Ek help nou en dan vir Herman aan sy bakkie werk en gaan kyk as hy ry. Help hom nou en dan by rally's ook. Verder... kuier by pelle (as dit as 'n hobby tel), hiking trips, kamp, bergklim nou en dan en dan natuurlik BIKE RY!!! :)
Daar sal seker nog wees as ek langer sit en dink...
Wel, ek doen fly fishing, vir enige iets wat swem, van 10cm small stream trout in die riviere tot haaie in die see,:eek: dis seker maar my hobby dan....
en wat dade gese het, die braai deel en T**te deel :)
En kan mens drink beskou as n hobby?

well i had lots of hobbies like dade said tiete ens....until the wug came around....I am a mechanical engineer who had no idea about ip's,routes, HS etc so this is still all fairly new to me therefore I would say that this is one of my main hobbies as I am learning everyday...
besides the wug I like the braaivleis and dop and BREAKIES
In addition to the wug I:
-do a lot of trail running
-climb
-mess around with my car
-fly remote controlled planes/slope-soarers
-search for satellite tv
-eat braai meat
-eat out at restaurants

I use to climb, but since having a job, i picked up some weight so hence my finger dexterity isn't enough to hold my 80 odd kilo's
/me wugs a lot
I used to Dive and sail, picked up too much weight since my last set of OP's, but will get back into it.
Wanna be fisherman, have kit, but haven't caught anything.
Braai'ing and drinking.
Radio ham, but haven't done anything in CT ham related.
I really like to once in a while get away from everything that I deal with on a daily basis. So I like hiking, camping, hunting (the actual killing animal one, not the other) love the karoo. Used to rock climb but since my climbing parter fell 50 meters to her death I have stopped that (luckily I was not present at the accident). Really like to cook food and drink nice wine. I waste most of my money on food!
Other than that I like to drive my car. Really want to do an advanced driving course and get into a bit of racing.
The I like anything technical, linux servers (trying out new software and different setups, format and start all over again... weird??), networking and communication systems. Busy trying to build a small trixbox voip system for home use. Want to see how cheap I can get it.
I also do the odd electronics project with pic micro-controllers when I have time, drilling holes in stuff, doing woodwork or welding stuff.
As you can see I have way too much things going.

Play club rugby - (although since my rotator cuffs have gone may be my last season).
Play club soccer
I Fly kites - keen to get into kite aerial photography
Would be keen to get into unassisted GPS directed RC planes - http://www.diydrones.com/
I Grow vegetables in my garden (hehe) - (look up square foot vegetable gardening)
Hammer away and break stuff in my garage.
Still party pretty hard.
lets start a band....."The Wuggers" ..... i cant play any instruments but i can bring the "TEA with ICE" or maybe that little triangle-thingy.....played it @ school few years back

Well im new to the WUG so thats one new hobby....otherwise like any sports....i do Mountain Biking,(cycle to work and back everyday from Melkbosstrand)...fishing(fly,bait and deep see) want to get into spear fishing now, just sold my CBR 600RR so cant go bike riding anymore. Otherwise like anything technical that I can wrap my mind around....
That me in a nutshell....
It enjoy cars! Like building up old cars and going very fast! I am still learning about cars and finding it welly welly nice!!! Can be expensive as well!
i like going to LANs and reading up on the latest gaming news.
i also enjoy learning about programming
im all about PCs

um ok wow all off you do lots of stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but me i just like working with pc and.......... then the hobb i really really like is my paintballing :):):):D lol i love it. nothing better then shoot ppl lol

I use multi-million dollar government satellites to locate small tupperware containers. Geocaching.
i have a rc care i have the gs storm but i dont realy use it anymore but its kak fun when i was playing with it
hobby? mmm i lost my hobby long time ago, now it's just work with seldom play... and in my free time im either recovering from the night before, playing HoN or just doing random s**t out in the open world

avid paintballer and airsofter.....in fact........co-founder of the two most prominent teams in both
I do art both as a hobby and a job, and I play Warhammer 40000 tabletop. Other than that, I like to play games ofc, when I have the time. Hoping to fix the little gaming I do with my WUG setup soon.

ja just cant connect yet hav a very outdated version of winbox and although i pick up the kensinton high site i cant connect yet, but i will prolly get the antenna and other stuff towards the end of the month.
