Hi All.
I recently setup a link to a friend of mine, its two WRT routers with Grids 250m apart.
Heres how its configured. My lan range is 172.18.129.48/28 and his is 172.18.129.144/28.
Both ranges are routed to ether1 on the routerboard. My RB has two IPs for the ether1 namely 172.18.129.62 and 129.158
My WRT is 172.18.129.157
His WRT is 172.18.129.156 GW is 158 ( it was 157 but that didnt work either)
and His pc is 172.18.129.155 GW is 158 too now (156 didnt help either)
Here lies the problem.
I can ping his pc perfectly, but not his WRT
My WRT is in AP mode, and his is in Bridge mode
Any ideas what the problem could be?
