You must be able to see the west1 ap as well. It is further up the hill towards West Beach. This belongs to me and can get you connected to ctwug

by the way,how do i check for my mac address on the wan card?

run a cmd (command prompt)
Type "ipconfig /all" without the "" and it will apear under the wireless card
Look for physical address it will be a number like 00-11-22-33-44-55

NO, that will just give you your pc eth mac, we need your AP wlan mac. It is usualy somewhere on your AP config pages.

Depends if your wireless is internal or an AP, internal cards will report therir MAC's via ipconfig as lxnx suggests

Well i would recomend you connect to the wug with a internal wlan card.

Internal wlan card will work only if your signal is good, Routerboard will still be the best option and an nice antenna if your signal isn't that good.
