View Full Version : New slogan for CTWUG

Well nobody has convinced me that they need a free WRT so I am putting it to a different use. We are looking for a slogan for CTWUG. Something short and sweet that defines what we do (wirelessly that is!)

Whoever comes up with the winning slogan gets a slightly pre-owned WRT54GL loaded with DD-WRT and fitted with a homebuilt biquad. This unit has been handled by Eben before so it might contain traces of ebentape, otherwise it works perfectly. Oh yes - is does not have a case. But it is a really cool unit otherwise. Did I mention the ebentape? Oh yes, I did. Anyway - get those submissions rolling in.

So far I like:
kallieV and rellik (way over your head)

those are clever for people in the "know" but I am also looking for something more universal. FYI jawug slogan is "Because information should be free"

There has been unprecedented interest in finding a cool slogan. There have been some good entries but nothing that has caught my imagination yet,

Since it turns out the wrt I thought was mine belongs to Rellik, I will find another prize. I have a Mikrotik Level 4 license that can be installed on a PC to turn it into a Mikrotik wireless router. Along with this I have a Senao NMP8602 a/b/g mini-pci card That will go to the best entry...
