About the mods, I will look into it too see if there are any worth having. If you guys want a certain mod let me know which one it is. Also the server is only up at gaming times now because of the whole new gaming port rules so you cant really connect outside of gaming time.

hi TC_Drum i was reading up and it says that modding for terraria i was just wondering if you were going to mod it all? i was also thinking and thought it would be cool if we could basicly have like race builds like healer, tank, shaman etc and then raid bosses where it drops imba items that we have to roll for so no unfair stealing etc mod? what you think about this? do you think it would ever be possible?

Owen the Boss battles are already ingame, just they are very hard..The only boss i know of so far is Skeletron who is summoned from a dungeon by talking to an old man at night, the dungeon is on the surface and is either past the Jungel, Hell or near the edge of world, ive battled it 4 times, died each :P

ye i know there is 4 bosses as far as i know. what im saying is that you get like 3 - 6 people depending on how hard the pecidic boss is and then each player build his character to a pecific class and then you go raid it then the boss drops imba itemS so each player gets atleast a single item that is rolled for like in wow but only you drop into dungeons to raid

I am hosting a Terarria server that is up 24/7.
I was trying to connect to the server a few minutes ago but failed on all atempts is it currently off? or is it only going to 24/7 if the response is big enough?

im playing tonight, busy gathering potion suppliues, PS. If u see a wierd flower underground, grab it with pick axe (both it and seeds) and pls give to me, ill be able to reproduce it for potions :), right now Blinkweed is all i have, and i use it for swift potion (4% speed increase)

hi TC_Drum i was wondering when you will be moving server over to 1.0.6? there is so many improvements with both looks and additions for eg players can now do critt can have poisen buffs, drakeness buffs etc its realy looking good:D

Server will be down for a bit. Updating to 1.0.6. Should be up by gaming time again.

Also looking into some mods.
Running new type of server software for 1.0.6 to see if its better. So far it is much much better. Also no hacked characters will be able to join the server now.

well im abit concerned, i edited my chars name using the hack, and will it kick me now ?, plus ill post mods links here if i find any using proxy, and you(TC_Drum) can tell which are able to be used

No it should not kick you ArchAngel.

New Server software seems to be running quite nicely. I also found a whole bunch of sky islands and a dungeon which we will never be able to do because the dungeon guardians have 9k hp and do 2k damage each hit. Still buys editing some stuff so server will be on and off until 5.

@ arch you used invedit am i right? if you did there is only a small chance you will get kicked it all depends on the server he is using. if he is using hamachi server(spelt wrong I know) then i think you will if i remember correctly.

as far as i've read there is only one server that picks up that hack... i dont even have invedit so im completely safe:D

o ok sory only saw TC-Drums post now... ye ive also found islands on my home server theres two islands per map i think.... TC_Drum all the more reason to play cause now you've just given me and arch a challenge and we wont fail:P although the new healing is going to make it tough but the mana will amke it easyer for arch as long as he doesnt spam spells non stop:P

also just a heads up arch you can onlly heal youself once every minute now but the regen also kind of works like my ring of regen.

Found one THere's something not quite right with the money picking up a 100 copper makes 1 silver right? if so its robbing me:P hehe

i think so, but try seeing if it just ads up to 100 copper and stops ?, maybe you must "craft" that 1 silver ?

Running my own Terraria Hardcore Server, on 172.18.41.5 : 6901 . Only hardcore characters. When you join for first time, inform me, i will give you 50 wood, 50 stone, 3 torches and 3 mushrooms.
Dont build on spawn rather travel outwards, downwards, upwards... upon death you may restart, no start items will be given, and keep your tombstone as im working on a Grave yard :P
There are 2 dungeons 8 floating islands and pls use PVP allways :)
My character name is Iroha, Admin character is Sakura.
My server is allways on, unless i have problems with pc or server, and i am on at 8 to 9 for new joiners. Weekends im on 24\7 roughly :)

I'd have to agree with Diabolix, it did steal me away from mincraft for a while:o And I did enjoy it emensly for the couple of days I played it, but I think what kept me and is also the hardest reason for me to leave terraria, is definitly the people I played with and talked to in TS the sosialising made the experience:D the game itself was fun but The rewards just don't make me feel so warmn and FUZZY inside like having constructed a huge struckture in minecraft and then standing back and admireing:)

The two games are fun in there own genre's but I think I'd spend more time in minecraft
