How to join CTWUG

Im interested in joining CTWUG. Im an in the Belhar/Bellville area. Anyone in the same area, could you please help me in getting started.

the whole thing has me confused

when I sign in to CTWUG and I click on wIND I get
either

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to wind.ctwug.za.net
or
after trying numerous times http://wind.ctwug.za.net/wind/

is this a separate sign on? because I get
Invalid credentials
if I use the same sign on data

if I try to register I am routed to
