Will you pay a small fee for ctwug access

Hi Guys,

Will some guys pay a small fee p/m to access ctwug, i can maybe try to arrange with my WISP to hire his site (with our own router and antenna), he is situated on the tygerberg and have a nice los over belville, durbanville, tableview and so on.

The only reason for the fee is to use his site and power, someone must supply and manage the router.

you mean, rent a spot on a tower from your wisp and said wisp does not even own the tower?

Yes, rent it and yes he owns the tower i asked him, he got a 8m mast with solar panels.

Do they provide support or will it be run by CTWUG itself etc ???
Own Router and Antenna ...
will this be connected to the WISP and allowing all WISP Clients access (Wi-LAN\peer2peer) or is it only for CTWUG use ???

Maybe we can take these kind of suggestions to a few WISP's .. maybe pay a small monthly fee to use their existing network for CTWUG access etc etc ... ????

we will only hire a spot on there mast, with our own routers and antennas, so say he askes us R300p/m we must basicly get 6 people willing to pay R50p/m to cinnect to a highsite.

I would pay it, but I know I can't connect to any masts so it's not gonna work for me. But I'd definitely pay it.

Any more news on connecting cost's to this mast.. ?! I dont mind paying that if it connects a lot more people to the WUG :p
